CHAPTER 3
THE HUNT
“Gentlemen, first, we will have to track down the
monsters.”
“Which monster should we hunt down first?”
“Those raptors are a massive problem they can easily hide
in large cities.”
“How do we hunt them down?”
“According to your radar, they are nearby. We can use the
dead bodies in here to attract them, and then we can gun
them down.”
“How the hell did those things survive the crocodile?”
“Don’t know, don’t care.”
Vincent and Ronnie were the ones asking the questions
while William, Michael, and I were quiet. After a few
minutes of rest, we threw the dead bodies into the water,
and somebody checking the radar told us that they were
coming for us. They would reach us in about 5 minutes.
They surely would come in the same direction as they
went away, right? All the soldiers with AK-47s were ready
to shoot while we sat behind.
Five minutes went by. Nothing happened.
