and then you will see a long vent leading to the generator
room! Oh, shit, it’s behind you!”

I started crawling as fast as I could, but that thing was
quickly catching up!

“Vincent, what is happening with the boss?!”

“Long story short, raptor in the vent.”

“What?!”

“Yeah, oh f**k!”

“It caught up and bit my leg! Vincent, I love you and all,
but I don’t care. I am using this gun! I’m gonna blow its
head off!”

“Boss, they are coming!”

Suddenly, the sound of raptors screeching could be heard
in the vents. The door wouldn’t hold back that many
raptors for long. I needed to hurry!

I crawled, closed the door, and finally got to the generator
room and turned the generator on.

“Boss did it!”

I opened the door to see three raptors across the hallway.
I did what I had been doing the entire time—running. I
tripped on one of the crew members’ blood. The leader
raptor was about to jump on me, but I shot it in its eye.
It quickly fell to the ground, but I knew it was alive. The
other two raptors stopped in their tracks to help their
friend, which gave me an opportunity to escape. I finally
reached the captain’s room.

“Holy shit! Boss, you made it!”
